- Bachelor/Honors
Preferred: B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from BUFT, Santo Mariam, BUTEX, or any other reputed institute/university.

- Skills in Sales & Marketing for Garments Accessories are essential.
- Candidates with backgrounds as foreigners, merchandisers, Garments Accessories GMs will receive priority and special benefits.

- Must be hardworking and able to work under pressure.
- Strong ability to achieve sales targets and convince customers effectively.
- Must demonstrate innovative thinking for simplifying tasks.
- Strong people management and team motivation capabilities.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Office and computer operations.

Job Responsibilities
Work with a 100% export-oriented garments accessories manufacturer & exporter.
Handle multiple buyers and styles related to accessories items (e.g. Silica Gel Desiccant, Natural Clay Desiccant, Best Dry Desiccants, etc).
Maintain communication with buyers and ensure their requirements are met.
Achieve monthly sales targets as set by management.
Identify new customers and expand the business.
Align sales targets with production capacity and monitor accordingly.
Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the management.
