Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking, self -motivated, career-oriented Sales Executive professionals with good command in English. The ideal candidate should have an ardent and spirited passion for the maximum output in sales of the company.
∎ Job Location: Bashundhara City Shopping Mall / Bailey Road.
∎ Full-time (10:30 AM to 8:00 PM).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Showroom Sales, responsible for providing reliable, prompt & friendly service to ensure customer satisfaction of the showroom.
∎ Must be creative thinker, hard worker, Planning & organizing the sales goal and promotional activities to ensure sales targets.
∎ Determine and analyze customer's needs, trends.
∎ Clarify information and provide solutions
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation
∎ Report time to time to the management for complicated issues
∎ Strong Personality & grooming ability.
∎ Good knowledge about computer operating & Microsoft Office Application
∎ Maintain, develop relationship with existing & new Customers through physical visit, telephone or emails
∎ Explain features, characteristics and quality of the products to customers.
∎ Ensure highest level of customer care through excellent customer services.
∎ Any Other Tasks assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years' Experience in the similar position in a reputed company.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and Emailing.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Can do attitude, well behaved and good negotiation ability.
