∎ Make Sales & meet the monthly target.
∎ FLOOR PLANNER LTD is one of the leading companies in the interior firm of Bangladesh. We are looking for a smart, intelligent and career-oriented person for the post of "Sales Executive".

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monthly Sales plan preparation according to in-house working budget calculation.
∎ To prepare quarterly sales plan.
∎ Prepare prospective customer list for quick action.
∎ Regular priority customer visit with the team members and close monitoring to close the deal.
∎ Develop new clients and maintain good relation with customers.
∎ Proper negotiation with customer to grip the business accordingly.
∎ Prepare daily sales action plan and submit to management for weekly basis review.
∎ Regular follow-up & collect required payment from customer for smooth operations.
∎ Complete related work provided by management.
∎ Achieve daily, weekly, monthly & yearly targets accordingly.
∎ Coordination with in-house team members for ensuring on-time delivery, estimation, project related decision & required services as per customer requirements.
∎ Offer letter prepare and submit to client
∎ Conduct market research to Analyzes market trend & take required actions for further developments.
∎ Ensure company revenue & profit target with proper planning & execution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Brilliant communication skills with local clients.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Yearly Incentive as per company policy.
