Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Graduation completed
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developed a good customer relationship manager.
∎ Ensure after sales service and respond immediately, if any problem occurs and solve it with coordination of the responsible person of service department.
∎ Execute the marketing and sales for achieving the organizational goal.
∎ Establish and maintain effective business relationship with excising and potential customers to reach the given target.
∎ Visit potential and existing customer to communicate about product, services and assess requirements in order to ensure increased sales volume by understanding the customer needs.
∎ Identification and development of dealer network and its operation to strengthen the channel.
∎ Achieve company's sales target set by the management and prepare periodic statement accordingly.
∎ coordinate with service department to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
∎ Analyze competitor's strategy and behavior, business performance, product performance of each segment and prepare counter strategy reports.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ creating new customers in corporate and retail section.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Meeting with client, corporate sales meeting arrangement, customer relation develop.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Advanced knowledge in MS word, Excel, power point and wed-Browsing.
∎ Should have good physical fitness and passion for sales job.
∎ strong oral and written communication skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ Driving Skuty will be an added advantage.
∎ Candidate must be honest, modest and hard-worker, smart, good looking, dedicated and able to convince others.
