∎ Minimum graduation in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the sales team to fulfill the monthly as well as yearly sales targets of the division/regional as set by the management.
∎ Take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ Prepare monthly sales planning and execution to achieve the sales target and explore a new market.
∎ Preparing the report for the management, e.g., sales report, sales forecast, target setup, market analysis, etc.
∎ Supervise and monitor the effective market visits of the team members to existing and potential customers in the retail area to increase sales.
∎ Learn about your own products as well as your competitors' products, prices, features, marketing strategy, distribution policy, and promotional activities.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the existing and new dealers and keep in touch with them.
∎ Ensure products' availability.
∎ Dealer and retail stock are both insured.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the same industry is preferred.
∎ Strong ability to resist pressure and good professional ethics.
∎ excellent reputation in the market industry
∎ Computer knowledge is essential.
∎ Good command of English both in speaking and writing
Salary: Negotiable
