Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline, Masters's degree in any discipline.
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in DVM will get preference.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: If Any.
∎ Skills Required: Leadership and Good Communication skill., Marketing Plan, Poultry Farm Management, Sales target, Customer Service, Veterinary medicine

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): agro medicine, Animal Feed, Cattle disease, Dairy Medicine, Feed Sales, Marketing Plan, poultry disease , Sales and Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist technical service for solving the Market problems about cattle, poultry, animal, and feed products.
∎ Communicate with farmers and dealers as well as help them on behalf of the company find the cause of cattle, poultry, and animal disease and solve that cause.
∎ Provide technical support in response to inquiries and complaints involving cattle, animal, and poultry products.
∎ Train the dealers and farmers about cattle animal poultry raising techniques.
∎ Collect information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
∎ Analyze the market and survey its potentiality.
∎ Select the potential dealers and open the best prospective one.
∎ Increase production efficiency and reduce any losses and accidents.
∎ As a member of the Technical service with the sales team, he must organize and present product information for veterinary practices and organizations.
∎ Ensure dealer development in different respective territories by providing information and the product characteristics and other relevant information.
∎ Fill up the target that the management will give.
∎ Report sent to boss daily or monthly.
∎ Presentation making about sales report.
∎ Inform customers of current promotions and discounts.
∎ Maintain positive business and customer relationships.
∎ Promote specific products as directed by upper management.
∎ Maintain sales activity records and prepare timely sales reports.
∎ Ensure satisfactory customer services through performing quality checks on product and service delivery.
∎ Carry out market research and survey, competitor and customer analysis for developing and updating the database on crop acreage, market size, and share, and strength of the companies working in your territory for maximizing market share.
∎ Effective business relationships with all dealers, retailers, and farmers and develop and maintain relationships.
∎ Must know motorbike driving with driving license.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good verbal & written skills in English & Bengali.
∎ Good Command in Computer Knowledge.
∎ Must be able to fulfill targets.
∎ Have to take Challenge & be smart.
∎ Have experience in dealer Management.
∎ Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
∎ Candidates experienced in selling feed products will get a preference.
∎ Outstanding organizational and sales skills.
∎ Building relationship and negotiation skills.
∎ Problem-solving attitude.
