Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate with clients over the phone and online platforms
Convince potential customers about the company's products and services
Handle client queries and provide detailed service information
Follow up with interested clients and confirm sales orders
Maintain records of daily calls and client communications
Work closely with the marketing team to achieve monthly targets
Requirements:
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Confidence in talking with new clients over the phone and messages
Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute in English and 30 words per minute in Bangla
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer support will be an added advantage
