Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible team member for our organization located in Badda, Dhaka. The selected candidate will support daily office operations, assist the team, and maintain professional communication with clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily office tasks and maintain proper documentation.
Provide basic customer support through phone calls, messages, and in-person communication.
Assist senior team members with data entry, file management, and record keeping.
Maintain client information, update reports, and ensure timely follow-up.
Support the team in preparing necessary documents for visa processing and client service.
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and compliance with office rules. Cooperate with management for any additional tasks assigned.
