Experience or clear understanding of e-GP tender system
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and basic graphic tools
Market intelligence and competitor analysis capability
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years experience in:
• Corporate sales
• Government tender handling
• Institutional or B2B sales
(Experience in gifts, garments, promotional items, or lifestyle products will be an advantage)
Job Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company products to NGOs, Multinational Companies, Pharmaceutical firms, Banks, and Corporate Houses
Handle Government procurement and e-GP tender processes, including:
Collecting tender documents
Preparing and submitting tender-related information
Regular follow-up with government offices
Maintain strong communication with procurement, admin, and supply chain teams of client organizations
Present product catalogs and proposals using PowerPoint and basic graphic tools
Analyze competitors, market trends, and pricing
Coordinate with internal teams for product sourcing, costing, and delivery
Visit clients and government offices regularly to build long-term relationships
Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals
