Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
• Negotiation with clients for sales closing.
• Arrange client for property visit & meeting.
• Presenting company products and services to the clients.
• Maintaining clients' database in CRM software.
• Respond to sales inquiries.
• Develop and execute regional sales plan.
• Prepare and analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
• Identify and establish contact with potential customers.
• Maintain sales & other reports.
• Any other duty assigned by the management.
Requirements:
⮚ Must have a minimum of 01 to 2 years of work experience in the real estate sector
⮚ Good Communication Skill.
⮚ Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, English & Bangla Type)
