Responsibilities & Context:
• Managing overall office administration and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Maintaining proper books of accounts, vouchers, bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Handling cash, bank deposits, withdrawals, and cheque-related activities.
• Managing petty cash and preparing regular petty cash statements.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial and administrative reports.
• Assisting management in budget preparation and expense control.
• Maintaining attendance records, leave registers, and basic HR documentation.
• Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office requirements.
• Maintaining office files, registers, contracts, and confidential documents.
• Following up on utility bills, office rent, and other recurring expenses.
• Assisting in payroll preparation and salary disbursement support.
• Supporting audit activities by preparing required documents and statements.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and internal control procedures.
• Coordinating with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders when required.
• Providing administrative and accounts-related support to management as assigned.
