Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in pharma or consumer health products
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
∎ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Willingness to travel regularly within Dhaka to collect orders and promote products
∎ Graduate degree preferred (Science or Commerce background is a plus)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and manage relationships with retailers, pharmacies, and doctors in your assigned territory.
∎ Promote the benefits of our imported health and wellness products, ensuring proper product knowledge and visibility.
∎ Visit retail outlets regularly to take orders, ensure product availability, and improve shelf presence.
∎ Conduct product detailing sessions with doctors to encourage recommendations and increase awareness.
∎ Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activities to the Sales Manager.
∎ Stay updated on competitor activity, customer preferences, and market trends.
∎ Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and training programs as needed.
∎ We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.
∎ In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of imported consumer health and wellness products to retailers, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals (including doctors and clinics).
