- ন্যূনতম ২ বছরের বাস্তব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
- অবশ্যই সেলস সংক্রান্ত কাজে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
- রুফিং সিট এবং স্টিল স্ট্রাকচার বিল্ডিং নির্মাণ কাজে অভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হবে।
- নিজস্ব মোটরবাইক থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হবে।
- মাসিক সেলস টার্গেট পূরণ করা এবং কাজের প্রেশার নেয়ার মতো সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
- রিটেইল, কর্পোরেট মার্কেট এবং ফ্যাক্টরি ভিজিট করার মত সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
- কোম্পানির প্রয়োজন অনুসারে প্রোজেক্ট এ কাজ করার মতো মন-মানুষিকতা থাকতে হবে।
- বিল সাবমিট এবং কালেকশন করতে হবে।
