Fully responsible for the company's sales and market development in the Saudi market, formulate and implement sales strategies and goals, and lead the team to achieve performance indicators.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of key customers and channels, expanding market share; monitoring sales progress and payment collection, ensuring business compliance and risk control.
Establish an efficient sales team, promote talent development and performance improvement, and maintain close collaboration with the headquarters and relevant departments to promote the company's sustainable development in the local market.
