Educational Requirements:

∎ Fluent English communication skill is a must.
∎ Don't be late for the office, please! We don't entertain that.
∎ Some sort of local call center experience will be a plus point.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent verbal communication skills in English

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Multi-channel outreach (via email/SMS/call) to the contacts/leads provided to you, connect with them, and build conversations with them in English/Bengali
∎ Talk to the prospects, try to know their story, what’s going on in their life, and the biggest challenges/pain points that they are dealing with every day. Understand the prospects. Build relationships.
∎ Schedule appointments/meetings between the prospects and the Account Executives
∎ Follow up with the prospects to remind them about their appointments/meetings with the Account Executive. Try to ensure that they’re (the prospects) making it to their appointment/meeting with the Account Executive.
∎ When a prospect doesn’t show up for their appointment/meeting with the Account Executive, follow up with them & try to find out if everything is okay and what came up for which they couldn’t show up. Find out if they are still interested and want to reschedule the meeting/appointment?
∎ It’s important to remain open to taking advice and open to thinking. In other words, always stay open to learning and growing every day. As you work, think about what you’re coming across and share your feedback with the team. Share your feedback on how we can be a better version of ourselves, be better at our job, and possibly deliver a better service to our clients

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 11000 - 22000 (Monthly)
