∎ MBA / Bachelors with science background from reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate, plan, negotiate and control sales and promotional activities of the designated responsibility or accounts, including launch of new products in close co-operation with the Marketing Department
∎ Collaborate with sales team, market visit, meet sales delivery objectives and manage performance
∎ Develop strong and trustworthy relationships with relevant stakeholders in order to assure the growth and development of the business for short, medium and long terms
∎ Gather, consolidate, evaluate and report sales data using systems and identify signal and report trends in the market and gather competitor information in order to support overall Omron market intelligence
∎ Handle sales & product queries of individual customers or B2B clients directly reaching us
∎ Coordinate Monthly / Quarterly Action plans including Rolling forecast (as input for import)
∎ Elaboration and implementation of joint business plans of his / her key customers
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 33 years
∎ 3-5 years of experience in Sales / Business development with reputed Pharma / Healthcare / FMCG companies.
∎ Having good command in English
∎ Hands on Experience in MS Office software and network knowledge
∎ Ability to work under pressure with sense of urgency
