∎ Execute the implementation of approved marketing plan including but not limited to new product launches such as creating product brochures & literatures, promotion tools (BTL & ATL) and engage in event/activity
∎ Perform market analysis, prepare business reports and rolling marketing promotional plan and take initiative for category business growth as advised
∎ Create, innovate and respond to market needs to drive desired growth in market share
∎ Provide administrative support, maintain harmony and good teamwork with internal stakeholders
∎ Establish & maintain rapport & relationships with external stakeholders (i.e. 3rd party vendors, Advertising/ Creative Agencies, Healthcare / Medical Associations etc.)
∎ Manage Corporate Digital Assets (Website and Social Media Platforms) with appointed 3rd party vendors (FB, Youtube etc.)
∎ Perform training and product knowledge education to distributors’ sales team and/or outlet’s frontliners and ad hoc assignments as advised by management.
