∎ MBA/ MPharm / MBBS from reputed Public / Private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify marketing needs and launch appropriate strategy & countermeasure to gain & maintain market share of assigned products and / or sub-markets to achieve short to long term marketing objectives
∎ Communicate qualitative and quantitative Marketing Plan in alignment with agreed budget focusing Doctors & Pharmacists through appropriate promo matrix including digital marketing & social media management
∎ Collaborate with sales team, attend sales & product meetings, periodic market visit and meet sales delivery objectives
∎ Obtain & analyze market intel and develop appropriate strategy to maintain &/or gain market share for Omron brand
∎ Manage product queries & sales of individual customers or B2B clients directly reaching us
∎ Training to sales force members, organize events and represent Omron in external meetings
∎ Perform Rolling forecast Monthly / Quarterly Action plans, periodic reporting and creating platform for future launches
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 33 years
∎ 5 years of experience in PMD/ Marketing with reputed Pharma / Healthcare / FMCG companies.
∎ Having good command in English
∎ Hands on Experience in MS Office software and network knowledge
∎ Ability to work under pressure with sense of urgency
