∎ 1. Sales Management
∎ Meet company's set target
∎ Develop achievable business plans to meet sales target
∎ Align goals and strategies according to target set
∎ Identify the existing customer pool, penetrate existing markets and create new markets
∎ Having sound knowledge in tender process in both govt and private sector
∎ Having sound product knowledge and hands on experience
∎ Keenness in working with end users of the products
∎ Periodic reporting of Sales and MIS
∎ 2. Customer relationship management and Product/Market Knowledge
∎ CRM with all tiers of customers
∎ Repo buildup with end user professionals and decision makers of the related industry
∎ Develop a continuous pool of doctors, consultants and others involved in the process
∎ Concentrate on the product knowledge enhancement to the users/consumers and identify the required training required.
∎ SWOT and BCG analysis
∎ Positive mindset on self-paced learning and development
∎ 3. Channel Management
∎ Manage different tier of distribution channel to ensure smooth operation
∎ Knowledge on- Warehouse/ Distribution Point/ Inventory Management including reorder points and safety stock management
∎ Properly planning on pricing policies and distribution strategies
∎ 4. Corporate Ethics Compliance
∎ Achieve business excellence while ensuring company values and ethics .
∎ Develop relationship with customers and other stake holders on high ethical standards
∎ 5. Critical Challenges
∎ Identification of prospective- territories and clients/end users
∎ Converting prospective clients into Leads
∎ Channel of Distribution Management
∎ Sales and Marketing planning followed by pricing strategies
∎ Thinking and working out of the box to ensure proper CRM
