• Candidates must have prior sales experience.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. (Both written and spoken in Bengali and English)
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office-Word Excel Power Point & Chat Gpt)
• Must have the mindset to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Should be mentally strong and prepared to face the challenges of responsible work
• A strong of professionalism and punctuality is required
• Tele sales skills are essential
• Must be articulate and sociable

• Team Management & early morning meeting.
• Client Management.
• Should be committed to meeting both personal and team targets in each campaign.
• Drive product-wise and customer-wise sales growth.
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare action plans for gaps.
• Providing sales and technical support to all team members to meet progress towards achieving sales targets.
• Taking an effective role in increasing the positive list of investments through team work.
• Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports and submitting them regularly to concerned authorities.
• Providing sales and technical support to all team members to meet progress towards and must have to achieving sales targets.
• A positive and flexible attitude toward carrying out management instructions is required.
