Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
∎ Manage a team of Sales Brokerage Representatives, including recruitment, training, and performance management
∎ Build and manage relationships with clients, including high net worth individuals and institutional investors
∎ Provide investment advice and product recommendations to clients
∎ Monitor market trends and provide timely investment recommendations
∎ Oversee the execution of trades on behalf of clients
∎ Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
∎ Collaborate with other departments, including research, trading, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
∎ Participate in business development activities, including attending industry events and networking with potential clients
∎ Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5-7 years of experience in sales or brokerage in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of success
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Knowledge of investment products and markets, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives
∎ Familiarity with trading platforms and order management systems
∎ Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
∎ Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
