Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant brokerage operations
∎ Oversee the onboarding of new clients and the maintenance of existing client accounts
∎ Monitor and manage the settlement of trades, including the timely resolution of any discrepancies
∎ Manage the processing of corporate actions, including dividends, stock splits, and mergers
∎ Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date client and trade data in the firm's systems
∎ Collaborate with other departments, including sales, research, and compliance, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
∎ Monitor regulatory developments and ensure that the brokerage is in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations
∎ Recruit, train, and manage a team of Operations Brokerage Representatives
∎ Set and monitor performance targets for the team and provide coaching and support as needed
∎ Participate in business development activities, including attending industry events and networking with potential clients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5-7 years of experience in brokerage operations in the financial services industry
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ In-depth understanding of brokerage operations, including account opening, trade settlement, and corporate actions processing
∎ Familiarity with trading platforms and order management systems
∎ Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
∎ Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
∎ Fluent in English and Bengali languages
