Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our flagship showroom. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
- Warmly greet customers and understand their needs.
- Recommend products that best suit customers` preferences.
- Provide information about products, including features, pricing, benefits, credit, and warranty policies.
- Demonstrate product functionality and address any customer inquiries.
- Accurately process sales transactions and assist the Branch Manager in entering information into the system.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Replenish stock and manage inventory levels.
- Display products according to company standards and promotional activities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
