Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet customers.
∎ Help customers find items in the store.
∎ Answer customer's questions about products, prices and availability.
∎ Check for stock at other locations or order requested stock for customers.
∎ Pack and prepare purchased products to deliver to customers.
∎ Make sure that the products are attractively displayed.
∎ Attain proper product knowledge.
∎ Store maintenance & cleanliness.
∎ Point of Sale (POS) operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply.
∎ Understand the sales process and customer dynamics.
∎ A commitment to excellent customer service.
∎ Superb communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
∎ Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
∎ Motivation to work through busy shifts.
