Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating tasks between Sales and support office
∎ Preparing Sales Reports
∎ Preparing and emailing pricing sheets
∎ Posting and maintaining online adds and listings
∎ Sourcing Products from suppliers
∎ Managing negotiations and coordinating supplier on boarding process
∎ Analyzing sales data and alerting management about problems and new opportunities.
∎ Researching new clients online
∎ Post-Sales follow-up
∎ Quality control monitoring
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Full-time (Studies during employment not acceptable)
∎ Excellent Communications skills - English (verbal & written): comfortable in speaking with internal departments and clients
∎ Comfortable with numbers, data analysis, spreadsheets and reporting PC Skill - MS Word, MS Excel, Windows (Course Completion Preferred)
