• Bachelor/Honors

• Strong understanding of IP networking (TCP/IP, OSI layers, subnetting, RTP, DNS, port addressing) with basic knowledge of Routing & Switching

• Experience with MikroTik (Winbox), Ubiquiti (UniFi/UISP), and basic Linux/networking commands

• Knowledge of SIP protocol and ability to configure & maintain telecom/network management platforms

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills under pressure

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and general internet usage

• Excellent English communication skills, with a collaborative mindset, ability to work in teams, meet deadlines, and handle international clients

Job Responsibility:

• Provide online support to customers and vendors through various channels, including email, messenger, and phone.

• Monitor network performance 24/7 (MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Cisco devices)

• Resolve customer connectivity issues (slow speed, no internet)

• Handle the trouble ticket system efficiently.

• Troubleshoot real-time issues faced by customers and vendors.

• Collaborate effectively with a highly skilled team.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
