Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Restaurant, Real Estate, Boutique/ Fashion, Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Beauty Parlor/Saloon/Spa

• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Restaurant, Real Estate, Boutique/ Fashion, Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Beauty Parlor/Saloon/Spa

• Age At least 30 years

• Age At least 30 years

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

• Proficiency with accounting software such as Tally; QuickBooks Online is a plus

• Experience working collaboratively with teams using project management tools

• Strong skills in MS Excel or similar spreadsheet programs

• Willingness to work during Bangladesh day time hours

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and generate financial reports

• Perform bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and manage accounts payable/receivable

• Operate QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and Zoho applications

• Prepare and analyze financial and payroll reports

• Organize client records

• Prepare income & expenditure statements

• Maintain a fixed asset register

• Create monthly budgets and compare them to actual results

• Create tools (worksheets, job aids, training material) to aid in future work and processes

• Guide and collaborate with junior team members

• Research and oversee testing of Quickbooks online features, workflows and 3rd party applications
