∎ Master’s in Chemistry from any reputed university.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Must have good communication and presentation skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and customer handling abilities.
∎ Willing to travel across the country.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Basic knowledge of MS Office and email correspondence.
∎ Knowledge of equipment validation & compliance with GMP/GLP will be an added advantage.
∎ Must be self-motivated and target-oriented.
∎ Minimum 3 years of practical experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Control or Analytical Laboratory is mandatory.
∎ Experience in working with laboratory instruments and their applications will be highly preferred.
∎ Experience Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct technical sales and promotional activities for analytical and general laboratory equipment.
∎ Visit clients (pharmaceutical, academic, food & beverage, etc.) regularly to promote and demonstrate laboratory instruments.
∎ Provide application support for a wide range of laboratory instruments including but not limited to HPLC, UV-Vis, FTIR, GC, Dissolution, pH meter, balances, etc.
∎ Perform installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and servicing of laboratory equipment at client sites.
∎ Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical documentation, and training to clients.
∎ Assist in preparing technical proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
∎ Maintain close communication with international suppliers and ensure proper product knowledge transfer.
∎ Maintain client relationships, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets.
∎ Support marketing activities including seminars, workshops, and exhibitions.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports for management.
