Experience:
Master’s in Chemistry/Bio-chemistry/Applied Chemistry or relevant subject from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1 or 2 years of practical experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Control or Analytical Laboratory is mandatory.
Experience in working with laboratory instruments and their applications will be highly preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Must have good communication and presentation skills in both English and Bengali.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer handling abilities.
Willing to travel across the country.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email correspondence.
Knowledge of equipment validation & compliance with GMP/GLP will be an added advantage.
Must be self-motivated and target-oriented.

We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Sales & Application Engineer. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in analytical instruments and experience in pharmaceutical quality control laboratories.
Sales & Service (Application) –Executive
Experience in Dissolution and HPLC operation.
1. Conduct technical sales and promotional activities for analytical and general laboratory equipment.
2. Visit clients (pharmaceutical, academic, food & beverage, etc.) regularly to promote and demonstrate laboratory instruments.
3. Provide application support for a wide range of laboratory instruments including but not limited to HPLC, UV-Vis, FTIR, GC, Dissolution, pH meter, balances, etc.
4. Perform installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and servicing of laboratory equipment at client sites.
5. Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical documentation, and training to clients.
6. Assist in preparing technical proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
7. Maintain close communication with international suppliers and ensure proper product knowledge transfer.
8. Maintain client relationships, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets.
9. Support marketing activities including seminars, workshops, and exhibitions.
10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports for management.
