Job Context:
∎ Shatarupa Group is looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive, for our line of products - Marble & Granite.
∎ Job Conditions:
∎ 3-month probation
∎ Salary will be decided depending on expertise
∎ Working days - Saturday to Thursday
∎ Working hours - 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
∎ Location - Bangla Motor, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
∎ Research and analyze sales options
∎ Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
∎ Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements
∎ Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
∎ Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
∎ Build and maintain professional networks
∎ Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
∎ Develop, implement, and track marketing programs
∎ Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
∎ Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
∎ Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
∎ Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Any degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field will get priority
∎ 2 years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales
∎ Ability to negotiate
∎ Self-motivated and goal-oriented
∎ Ability to create and deliver presentations
∎ Fast learner and quick thinker
∎ Ability to adapt
∎ Excellent analytical skills
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills
∎ Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
∎ Ability to travel as necessary
∎ Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software will get priority
