∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department.
∎ Prepare and maintain sales reports, including sales performance data, inventory levels, and order processing.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and provide information on products and services.
∎ Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
∎ Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.
∎ Support the sales team in organizing and participating in promotional events.
∎ Any other task given by the management/supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Previous experience in sales administration or a related role, especially in the agriculture or pesticide industry, is advantageous.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems.
∎ Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle pressure effectively.
Salary: Negotiable
