Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales Support: Assist the sales team in processing Sales orders or Delivery Orders, preparing quotations, and maintaining customer records.
∎ Documentation Management: Ensure all sales-related documentation (contracts, orders, invoices, etc.) is properly maintained and filed in the company’s system.
∎ Customer Communication: Handle communication with customers regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
∎ Order Processing: Process customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
∎ Data Entry & Reporting: Enter sales data into CRM systems and generate regular reports for the sales team and management.
∎ Inventory Coordination: Work with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and timely delivery of products.
∎ Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings, sales presentations, and follow-ups with clients.Sales Analytics: Track and report on sales performance, providing insights into key metrics such as sales trends, customer feedback, and order volumes.
∎ Support Sales Managers: Assist in preparing sales presentations, promotional materials, and other collateral as needed.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate information is available for follow-up and future communications.
