Job Responsibilities:
∎ Engage with customers via phone, email, face-to-face.
∎ Undergoing training every month at Southtech.
∎ Conduct research on customers’ business requirements, problems and competitors.
∎ Travel across Dhaka and within the country to meet clients.
∎ Meet minimum sales target.
∎ Report back to Sales Coordinator regarding customer contact details for all the customer’s they have secured so these can be uploaded to the CRM.
∎ Use marketing materials/sales campaigns in order to maximize sales.
∎ Document customer interactions and funnel growth so they can be uploaded to our CRM.
∎ Forecast pipeline to Sales Coordinator.
∎ Contact product specialists to prepare customer specific presentation before client interaction
∎ Engage product specialists during technical interactions with customers.
∎ Undergo monthly training on solutions.
∎ Provide feedback on training to Sales Coordinator.
∎ Provide feedback to Sales Coordinator regarding Product Specialist every quarter.
∎ Must reply to customer within 2 working day SLA after generic email.
∎ Provide relevant case studies to customers during/after meetings.
∎ Set clear next steps, agreed by the customer, at the end of any customer call/meeting.
∎ Liaise with product specialist to train customers post-sales.
∎ Follow-up with customer after agreement/proposal within 7 working days.
∎ Follow-up with customer after meeting/demo within 2 working days.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in English communication.
∎ Clear understanding of market development, competitor activities etc.
∎ Negotiation skill.
∎ High level of inter – personal skill.
∎ Target driven.
∎ Enthusiastic.
∎ Strong persuasive skills to sway the potential customers.
∎ Presentation skill.
∎ Team player.
∎ Good organizational skill.
∎ Can-Do attitude.
∎ No objection for outside work.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 60000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Remuneration and benefits package including competitive salary.
∎ Two bonuses per year (per bonuses will be equal one month's basic salary).
∎ Regular working hour: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
∎ 15 Days Annual Leave, 10 Days Casual Leave and 14 days Sick Leave per year.
∎ Performance bonus.
