Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Education may be relaxed for experienced candidates.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure safe and secure environment in the factory through strict supervision.
∎ To monitor the whole factory premise through surveillance equipment. The monitoring should focus specifically on specific points.
∎ Responsible for supervising the delivery of products from the factory. Will ensure that the gate pass amount and the actual delivery amounts are precisely the same. He will be held responsible for any breach in this context.
∎ Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation.
∎ Prevents losses and damages by reporting irregularities; informing violations of policies and procedures; restraining trespassers.
∎ Monitoring and authorizing entrance of vehicles or people in the company area. Responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other suspicious/criminal behavior.
∎ Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol.
∎ Maintain excellent working conditions by keeping the facilities of compliant Factory safe and problem free.
∎ Patrol randomly and regularly in the factory building and company area.
∎ Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment and machinery to ensure proper usage and also remain vigilant to protect against any sort of tampering.
∎ Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, entrance of unauthorized person, or unusual occurrences or any other pertinent report.
∎ Any other tasks as and when required by the factory management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Warrant Officer / Sr. Warrant Officer from BD Army with civil job experience is highly preferred.
∎ Having Gun License is must for the position.

Salary: Negotiable
