Job Context:
∎ Bio Consumer Products, Bangladesh (BCP-BD) is a manufacturing and marketing company of range of products (eg: House hold, Consumer and beverage). We are looking for some hardworking, smart, honest RSM & TSM for Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions and its 16 districts.
∎ Workplace: individual district of Rajshahi and Rangpur Division..
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new market, Handle the market and achieve the sales target.
∎ Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
∎ Frequently visit potential customers for new business opportunities.
∎ Develop & manage the regional Sales Team.
∎ Collect order and ensure on time product delivery.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly market report on sales & distribution.
∎ Collect Market Data & Competitors Information.
∎ Motive and guide sales team to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Coordinate with senior to develop sales plan, budget and schedule.
∎ Interact with sales team to develop sales plans and strategies.
∎ Prepare and follow-up the monthly PJP (proposed journey plan) for Regional Sales forces.
∎ Understand client needs and provide appropriate sales solutions.
∎ Address client issues and queries in a timely fashion.
∎ This is not a comprehensive list and any other duties as may be required to be performed as per Supervisor/Management Instruction
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Toiletries, FMCG
∎ Candidate has to join as soon as possible.
∎ Candidate must have expertise of using MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Must be analytical and detail oriented.
∎ Strong leadership and communication skill.
Salary:
∎ Range from BDT 30000.00-75000.00 (Depends on experience and job nature)
