We produce Synthetic Enamel, Synthetic Polyvinyl Distemper (SPD), Plastic Emulsion, Super Silk, Weather Coat, Water Sealer, Exterior Sealer, Hammer Finish, Aluminum Paint, Synthetic Clear Varnish, Cement Paint, Marine Paint, Wall Putty etc. To support its continuous growth, we are looking for a smart, energetic and hard-working team member for the above mentioned position.
∎ Report to: DGM (Sales & Marketing)
∎ Function: Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Budgeting, monitoring and policy formulating
∎ To take responsibility to achieve targets both in volume and value
∎ Responsible for overall planning, promotion and sales activities of the business
∎ Manage a big sales team and guide them in achieving individual as well as company goal
∎ Analyze market intelligence report to support business and strategic planning
∎ Facilitate, control and coordinate the annual strategic sale planning process
∎ Excellent leadership, take enormous initiatives and build up efficient Sales Team that will manage the corporate as well as the customers
∎ Capable to develop monitoring devices to supervise area sales team effectively and efficiently.
∎ Led development of the Trade Marketing Strategy.
∎ Develop sales programs targeted to Dealer, wholesalers and distributors
∎ NPD launch and assuring focus direction of the FF.
∎ Manage channel members for developing proper distribution network
∎ Reference Group activation plan and execution
∎ Ensure right market visibility through regular merchandising, shop sign & outdoor branding
∎ Participate in POP/POS in order to supervise all promotional activities.
∎ Key role player for developing SOP for Sales Team.
∎ Initiated training and workshops for developing skills for Retail Sales and corporate sales
∎ Handle customer's inquiries and complaints.
∎ Need to motivate & monitor team players and channel members to achieve business goal.
∎ Strong understanding on market intelligence with analytical ability.
∎ Vast knowledge on Regular and systematic credit management
∎ Identifying prospective business and follow up same for materialization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3-5 years of relevant experience.
∎ Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Paints industry, Reputed Group of Companies,
∎ Efficient in MS office excel & internet usage
∎ Should be smart and energetic & man of pleasant personality
∎ Experience of serving at similar position in Paints Company (or Companies) will get priority.
