Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Masters in any subject from any recognized university (Preferably from business/marketing background)).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall planning, promotion and sales activities of the team
∎ Meet the monthly sales target and identify new client for expanding company's sales and collection
∎ Works effectively across departments including planning, sales & marketing teams, admin and councilors to drive the activities that deliver results and ensures marketing plans support.
∎ Manage field marketing activities through field visits & observation and able to work long time in outdoor marketing. Work in collaborate as a team member to meet aggressive goals.
∎ Increase targeted number of client to sell all products in company's targeted area
∎ Develop and maintain excellent trade relation with the clients to serve their interest and requirement for smooth after sale service and customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensure clients satisfaction & motivation with the service of the respective Manager.
∎ Be well-informed about market developments, competitor activities and Provide feedback to management.
∎ Performing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasting, planning, evaluation and preparing action plan accordingly
∎ Analyze own market size of each product, plan for targeted market share & inform to the management
∎ Any other job assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:

∎ Smart, dynamic & result-oriented
∎ Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
∎ High proficiency in computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Spread sheet) and Software management.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure,
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective relationships with all levels within/outside the company
∎ Candidates with experience in Marketing & Sales Function; experience in relevant Paint industry will get preference
