We are looking for some young, dynamic, and energetic `RSM/ASM/TSM` who have proven experience in FMCG Products for meaningful contributions to reach the organization`s goal.

• To ensure product/SKU/Route wise daily/monthly/yearly sales target achievement for assigned region.
• Discover new market/distributors as well as penetrate all the products as market opportunity as well as increase weighted distributions to maximize the sales value/volume.
• Lead and in-field trained the sales personnel who are working under you to develop a professional sales team.
• Execute all the trade and consumer programs as designed by management.
• Constantly monitor competitor activity/performance and report to line manager and sales admin on time.
• Maintain Depot business and distribution system.
