Responsibilities & Context:
Paragon Group is one of the largest conglomerate in the country is looking for dynamic and experienced RSM & ASM for its Organic Fertilizer business.
Job Responsibility:
- Monitoring and supervising sales force for achieving the target.
- Reviewing sales performance.
- Monitoring market trend and competitors activities & reporting accordingly.
- Ensuring promotional activities executed properly.
- Maintain good relationship with existing Dealers/Customers.
- Searching new customers/dealers and develop the market.
- Analyzing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.
- Ensuring Product availability and visibility.
- Any other assignment related to sales and marketing given by the management/superior.
