Paragon Group is one of the largest conglomerate in the country is looking for dynamic and experienced RSM & ASM for its Organic Fertilizer business.

Job Responsibility:

• Monitoring and supervising sales force for achieving the target.
• Reviewing sales performance.
• Monitoring market trend and competitors activities & reporting accordingly.
• Ensuring promotional activities executed properly.
• Maintain good relationship with existing Dealers/Customers.
• Searching new customers/dealers and develop the market.
• Analyzing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.
• Ensuring Product availability and visibility.
• Any other assignment related to sales and marketing given by the management/superior.
