Job Context:
∎ Mostafa Group of Industries is a renowned and well-established company in Bangladesh. The Group has been cycling its business since 1952 with a High Profile. However, to make management more robust we require a Route/Zone In-charge who has the following working abilities:
∎ Post: Route/Zone In-charge
∎ Unit: Mostafa Motors Limited
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marketing Online and Offline
∎ Manpower Management
∎ Fleet Management and proper rotation of vehicles
∎ Handling the drivers, helpers &transport related staff to make sure smooth operations of vehicles
∎ Counter Salesman/Caller man/Peon Management
∎ Vehicles Maintenance and Management
∎ Adaption of competitive business strategies for business growth
∎ Targeted Sales and profitability Management
∎ Local Administration
∎ Controlling fuel & Gas Consumption, toll & other expenses.
∎ Tactfully handle the problem while facing a critical situation on the road.
∎ Daily/Weekly/monthly reporting to the Management
∎ Passenger service quality enhancement
∎ Overall counter monitoring
∎ Managing any accident/ Police case of the transport section.
∎ Proposing improvements in the existing transport processes.
∎ Ensuring that the drivers have an up-to-date and proper license.
∎ Dealing with the effects of traffic congestion.
∎ Initiating regular inspection of the vehicles, vehicle movements & problems; generating comprehensive reports accordingly
∎ Ensuring the quality of repair and maintenance work of the vehicles by visiting the workshop as and when required
∎ Coordinating the visits at BRTA as and when required to comply with all kinds of
∎ legal formalities and ensuring that the vehicles' TAX Token, Fitness, road permit etc.
∎ are updated and maintaining the records accordingly.
∎ Ad-hoc assignment instructed by the management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Managing large fleet of heavy vehicle/ Transport Management/Transport
∎ Operation
∎ Strong organizational/Communication/interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Must be Honest, Sincere, Punctual and Disciplined
∎ Must have ability to work under pressure
∎ Must be able to meet the deadline
∎ Fluent in English & Bengali
∎ Retired Army Person will get preference
