- Minimum 04 years banking experience with minimum 02 years’ experience at Risk Management Division
- Strong data management in Excel and other platforms with analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, public relationship, communication and people management skills
- Sufficient knowledge to operate Microsoft Office Applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Responsibilities & Context:
- Formulate and review risk management policies, guidelines, manual, setting up risk appetite, limit, tolerance, etc. with due consideration for regulatory limits, best practices, current business and economic conditions
- Experience in preparing regulatory reports (MRMR, CRMR, CRAR, Stress Test, Duration GAP Analysis, ICCAP Report & SRP Documents, Risk Appetite Statement, Disclosure on Risk Based Capital, Recovery Plan etc.), meeting minutes and compliance reports
- Having knowledge of risk management guidelines, RBCA guidelines, six core risk guidelines, and other regulatory guidelines and circulars related to risk management in bank
- Collecting and analyzing data/information for identifying risks and making appropriate recommendations for risk mitigation
- Hands on work experience in Basel implementation, desks related to credit risk, liquidity risk, market risk, operational risk, and risk research and policy development
- Arranging ERMC & SRP meeting and preparing meeting minutes, disseminating the decisions to the concerned department/divisions, monitoring and follow up of implementation status
- Ensuring timely submission of risk management reports, meeting minutes, compliance reports and other documents to regulatory body
- Monitoring compliance of irregularities found in core risk inspection reports of regulators
