∎ We are looking for an Associate/Specialist - Rider Marketing and Communication to join our growing team in Logistics, at the heart of the foodpanda business! Logistics at foodpanda aims to improve our customer offering by bringing efficiency and improvements through a data-centric approach

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and execute a full fledged rider marketing strategy in order to entice new riders and retain the existing ones.
∎ Collaborate with Government Relations and Public Relations team to engage in various government initiatives.
∎ Take a proactive role in identifying diverse range of partnership opportunities that helps deliver value to riders community.
∎ Prepare a clear campaign pipeline which includes but not limited to organizing rider. events, curating festive engagements and partnership programs.
∎ Manage performance marketing for rider campaigns.
∎ Researching and implementing initiatives to foster rider community and ensure high retention and low churn rate.

Additional Requirements:
∎ A people person.
∎ Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing or Communications.
∎ Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience with at least 2-3 years of work experience in high growth startups or tech companies.
∎ Basic understanding of how to run facebook/google ads optimization.
∎ Must have a heart and a hunger for service, as you will be working closely with our riders.
∎ Flexible and fast learner with and able to adapt to fast-paced environments.
∎ No stranger to working under pressure, for quick deadlines.
∎ Open-minded and eager to learn even the most minimal detail of the business.
∎ Willing to question the status quo and contribute to ideas. when needed.
∎ Remember, we are a start-up. We are dynamic, therefore you need to be a doer and adapt constantly to many changes.
