∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Proven track record in sales, preferably in the Retails sales of Electronics equipment and Home appliances items
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
∎ Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure smooth showroom operation.
∎ Developing a sales plan with the showroom manager.
∎ monitorinig and supervising all showroom managers
∎ Promoting products and services offered by the organization.
∎ Implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
∎ Regular basis market visit & meeting potential clients.
∎ Maintain, develop relationship with existing & new Customers through physical visit, telephone or emails.
∎ Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
∎ Manage day-to-day sales performance of all Showroom.
∎ Lead and schedule daily/weekly and/monthly team meetings with showroom manager and team.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Competitive Management
