We are hiring for the position of Retail Sales Associate (Intern) at a social entrepreneurship startup research and innovation business development Sub-project grant supported by government project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies

• Onboarding and negotiating terms of sales and agreements with customers

• Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs

• Prepare yearly sales planning to achieve the business goal & achieve the monthly target

• Advising product developers on improvements and discussing special promotions

• Able to run a retail campaign offer for facilitate the retailers to enrich sales volume

• Inspecting inventory in stock and the quality of the product on display

• Regular visits to different markets to check display materials and maintain channel relationship

• Help design and optimize store layouts to enhance display visibility

• Assist in managing inventory levels of visual merchandising materials and props.

• Address any issues or concerns regarding product displays or merchandising.• Gain proper knowledge of the products and services

• Deal with customers cordially and professionally, responding to their queries and concerns

• Any other task given by management.
