Responsibilities & Context:
Identify potential clients for Home Loans and Auto Loans while achieving sales targets by maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
Ensure the growth of the Retail Asset Business within the Branch Banking Division, meeting assigned KPIs.
Coordinate with Branch and Unit Heads, as well as the Retail Asset team, to drive the business growth of branches.
Conduct initial screenings and credit assessments of potential customers.
Maintain effective communication with supervisors and support departments to facilitate file processing and approvals.
Manage your portfolio responsibly and minimize Portfolio at Risk (PAR) in accordance with bank guidelines.
