Bachelor’s /Master's degree in any field, preferably in Business
5–10 years of relevant experience in insurance, banking, or financial services
Strong communication, customer handling, and confident sales and negotiation skills
Ability to manage complex sales funnels with disciplined lead management and high conversion rates
Highly target-driven, with resilience and emotional intelligence to perform under pressure
Proficient in CRM and digital tools to translate data into actionable insights
Well-organized, capable of managing multiple high-value clients while maintaining strong professionalism
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and manage retail, branch, distribution channel and strategies of the assigned geographic area
Lead the sales team of agency branches and other offices to achieve budgeted objectives and KPIs
Capitalize on new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships and expand the company’s retail presence across the assigned sales area
Recruit, train and monitor the performance of Branch Managers and Agency Supervisors
Monitor sales campaigns, bonus initiatives, market trends and competitors’ activities
Manage and mentor the team, fostering a high-performance culture
