Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Oversee the operations of multiple retail stores within the assigned area.
∎ 2. Ensure that each store meets its sales targets, operational standards, and customer service goals.
∎ 3. Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and compliance with company policies.
∎ 4. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability across the area.
∎ 5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
∎ 6. Coordinate and execute promotional activities and campaigns.
∎ 7. Lead, coach, and motivate store managers and their teams to achieve business objectives.
∎ 8. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to store managers.
∎ 9. Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
∎ 10. Ensure high standards of customer service across all stores.
∎ 11. Address and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues.
∎ 12. Foster a customer-centric culture within the area.
∎ 13. Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and merchandising standards.
∎ 14. Monitor and improve store presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
∎ 15. Develop and manage the area budget, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
