Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Master Degree in any discipline from any reputed Public/ Private University. Professional degree in Hotel Management, Hotel & Catering, Hospitality Management will get priority.
∎ Skills Required: TOT (Training of Teachers), Training & Development

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant, Hotel Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant, Catering, Hotel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for plan and execute training & development initiatives for the staffs of the Hospitality Business.
∎ Identify training gaps and compose Training module with clear objectives, outcomes, and follow-up measurements.
∎ Provide training for onboard and existing staffs according to training plan.
∎ Visit outlet/ branch frequently and provide feedback on Team Members, Team Leaders and Shift Incharge.
∎ Support Pre and Post New Restaurant Branch Opening Activities.
∎ Keep training record and track employee performance.
∎ Prepare and present reports on training programs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must have minimum 5 years proven working experience in Restaurant training.
∎ Excellent customer service skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Dynamic & Self-motivated with high personal integrity and loyalty.
∎ Able to work under pressure and handle multitasking activities.
∎ Standard computer proficiencies.
∎ Good persuasion & communication skills.

Salary: Negotiable
