Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Min. basic NHTTI certs. or from any other equivalent institute.
∎ Skills Required: Hotel Management, resort, Restaurent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong practical knowledge of food and beverage industry.
∎ Competent user of restaurant management software.
∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ Managing restaurant's staffs work schedules.
∎ Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
∎ Maintain quality control for all foods served.
∎ Forecasting future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.
∎ Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
∎ Sound knowledge on food safety & HACCP.
∎ Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
∎ Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
∎ Regularly review food quality and research new vendors.
∎ Organize and supervise shifts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Capable of doing operational mater independently.
∎ Computer literate.
Salary: Negotiable
