Job Responsibilities:
∎ Delivers excellent customer service throughout the customer experience and encourages the same from other employees.
∎ Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
∎ Sets a positive example for guest relations.
∎ Coordinates and communicates restaurant details both verbally and in writing to the customer and property operations.
∎ Follows up with customer post-restaurant.
∎ Work to improve revenue with personal guest database.
∎ Responds, handles & resolve guest problems and complaints.
∎ Uses personal judgment and expertise to enhance the customer experience.
∎ Stays available to solve problems and suggest alternatives to previous arrangements.
∎ Works to continually improve customer service by obtaining feedback and personal judgment into action plans.
∎ Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all meetings and focuses on constant improvement.
∎ Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality, service levels and customize menu accordingly.
∎ Ensures employees understand expectations and parameters for restaurant activities.
∎ Conducts formal pre- and post-restaurant meetings as required to review group needs and feedback.
∎ Assists in the sales & marketing process and revenue forecasting for customer groups.
∎ Up-sells products and services throughout the restaurant process.
∎ Ensures that restaurants progress seamlessly by following established procedures, collaborating with other employees, and ensuring accuracy.
∎ Adheres to all standards, policies, and procedures.
∎ Ensures billing accuracy and conducts bill reviews with the clients prior to processing the final bill.
∎ Identifies operational challenges associated with team member and determines how to best work with the property staff and customer to solve these challenges and develop alternative solutions.
∎ Acts as liaison between sales person and customer throughout the restaurant process (pre-restaurant, restaurant, post-restaurant).
∎ Participates in customer site inspections and assists with the sales & marketing process as necessary.
∎ Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
∎ Ensuring proper training for professional etiquettes, up selling & other required sessions to team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
∎ High-level communication and networking skills.
∎ Good project management skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills & fluent in English.
